Low-Cal Mentai Rice Ball

- 1½ scoops Shirataki/ konjac rice
Prepare / boil the rice

- 37½ g non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ tbsp Sriracha
Prepare the mentai sauce by mixing greek yogurt (as a healthy alternative of mayo) and sriracha (optional)
Step 3/5
- 37½ g canned tuna
- ¼ tbsp sesame oil
- ½ sheets dried seaweed sheets
To a large bowl, add the rice, sesame oil, mentai sauce, and shredded seaweed

Mix until everything is combined. Add more mentai sauce if needed.
Step 5/5
With clean hands or while wearing gloves, roll up each portion into a ball. Serve immediately.
