    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    • Pie plate

    Spray 9-inch pie plate with vegetable oil spray

    • cups Crushed graham cracker (27 squares)
    • cup sugar
    • 6 tsp Melted salted butter
    • bowl
    • Pie plate

    Combine crushed graham crackers with sugar. Stir to blend. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture onto bottom and side of pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes

    • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
    • 3 egg yolks
    • cup Fresh lemon juice
    • Pinch salt
    • hand mixer with beaters

    Beat condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice and a pinch of salt on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour mixture into the pie plate

  • Step 5/5

    Bake for 10 minutes until center is set. Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes. Place in fridge for more than 1 hour
