Leek, ham & goat cheese pie
Ingredients
Step 1/6
Put the oven to preheat to 210°C
Step 2/6
- 1½ leeks
- 1 shallots
- butter
Wash and cut the leeks into washers about 1cm wide and cook them in a pan with sliced shallots and some butter until the leaves become soft. (You can also cook the leeks with steam during 15mn)
Step 3/6
- 1½ egg yolks
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
While leeks and shallots cook, beat the 3 egg yolks with fresh cream
Step 4/6
- 37½ g ham
Add cooked leeks, shallots and ham cut into pieces in the preparation
Step 5/6
- ½ puff pastry sheet
- 37½ g goat cheese
In a pie mold, place the pastry paste and pour everything inside. Add slices of goat cheese to the top
Step 6/6
Cook in the oven for 30mn at 210°C. To serve with a salad ! Enjoy!
