- 266⅔ Hokkaido pumpkins
wash your lovely pumpkin, you can choose whether to peel it off or leave it. then cut it into midum cubes then weight them so they are about 400 grams , keep the rest for later.

- 266⅔ potatoes
peel off the potatoes cut about an equal amount of the pumpkin weight into midum cubes.
Step 3/5
put the pumpkin and potato cubes in a pot on fire and fill it with hot water
Step 4/5
when the potatoes can be cut easly by spoon you can start mixing all.

- 133⅓ heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
add salt and cream and stir well.
