Step 1/4
- 100 g beef minute steaks
- 1 slice smoked ham
- 20 g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch salt
Take one minute beef steak and spread salt on it. Spread one slice of ham on the top of it. On the edge put feta cheese and shredded cheddar cheese and roll it up.
Step 2/4
- 1 egg
- 50 g flour
- 50 g breadcrumbs
- hand mixer with beaters
Rolled beef coat in flour, dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat till it's nicely coated.
Step 3/4
- 20 ml olive oil
Preheat the air fryer to 206°C, spray it with olive oil and place the steak in the fryer. Set the fryer to 12 minutes. After 10 minutes, pause and roll in order to fry from all sides. It is ready when it becomes nicely golden brown.
Step 4/4
Decorate it with mayonnaise and fresh parsley and serve with some salad or French fries.
