Japanese Soufflé Pancakes
Ingredients
Step 1/7
Whisk the egg yolks, add the milk and stiff until well combined then add vanilla extract.
Step 2/7
Mix the flour and baking powder then sift into the mixture of egg yolks.
Step 3/7
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until fluffy but no stiff peaks yet, then add the sugar and beat with a mixture until well combined (until you have stiff peaks).

Start adding the egg whites to the egg yolks mixture slowly, first a little a amount and mix it then keep adding the rest slowly and mixing SLOWLY
Step 5/7
set your pan to a VERY LOW heat, add a little bit of oil or butter.
Step 6/7
Scoop the mixture into the pan then cover for 3 mins then open and add more (as i like) then add a little water and cover it for 1 min, then turn the pancakes over and do the same but leave it for 4 min.
