Step 1/3
- 2 cups of flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup buttermilk
- canola oil

Make the frybread. Stir flour, baking powder, salt, buttermilk -until dough. knead the dough and place in 3\4 much deep oil in a pan. Break 3\4 cup of dough into the oil pan and fry numerous times.

- ground beef
- 1½ tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp paprika
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1⅛ tsp chicken base
- ⅝ tsp onion powder
- ⅜ tsp garlic powder
- ⅜ tsp cayenne
- ½ tsp cumin

Fry ground beef until brown, Then in separate container mix cornstarch, chili powder, salt, paprika, sugar, chicken base, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne and cumin( this is your taco seasoning)
Step 3/3
- 1 tbsp butter
- 7 oz red kidney beans
- 9½ oz stewed tomatoes
once ground beef is brown add kidney beans, stewed tomatoes, taco seasoning, boil for 45 min then plate with toppings of choice
