Huevo Revuelto a la Mexicana (Scrambled Eggs)

- 2 tomatoes
- ⅓ onion
- ⅓ jalapeño
- 53⅓ g ham slices

Step one: rinse your tomatoes and jalapeño. When dry, we will cut and prep our ingredients. Cut your tomatoes into cubes, mince onion & jalapeño, dice your ham.

- 1 tbsp olive oil

Grab a pan and add olive oil and set stove to medium heat. When warm add mince onion and jalapeño. Cook for about 3-5 min.
Step 3/5
Add your tomatoes and set stove to medium low heat. When tomatoes are soften add your ham and let it cook and season with salt and pepper. Stir around on occasions.

Grab a bowl, crack open your eggs and add the egg white and yolks into the bowl. Add milk, salt and pepper for seasoning. Whisk until all mixed.

Turn stove to medium high heat. Add your eggs and cook until dried. Grab yourself some plates and serve. Enjoy! 😉
