How to cut cauliflower
A Pretty Cruciferous Vegetable
Cauliflower looks like a beautiful vegetable flower and is low in carbs, but high in vitamin c, fiber, potassium, and calcium. We’ll show you how to best cut it in our short video! First, use a paring knife to remove the leaves around the stem. Then, separate the florets from the stem and cut off small florets, using the tip of the knife. Alternatively, you can cut it into slices for healthy Cauliflower steaks or small granules for delicious Cauliflower tabbouleh. Whichever recipe you choose, be sure not to overcook cauliflower as it might otherwise loose its vital micronutrients.
Enjoy your meal!
