How to brown ground meat

Step 1/3
- 1 shallots
- ½ clove garlic
- cutting board
- knife
Finely dice shallots and mince garlic.
Step 2/3
- 250 g ground meat
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- cast iron pot
- spatula
In a cast iron pot, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add ground meat to the pot. Sauté for approx. 3 – 4 min. over medium heat.
Step 3/3
- salt
- pepper
- chives (for garnish)
Add shallots and garlic to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Stir and continue to cook until fully brown. Garnish with chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
