Homemade Granola

Step 1/5
- 2½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup almond
- ½ cup cashew
- ½ cup hazelnut
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 300F (150C) and line a baking sheet. Combine all dry ingredients and mix.

- ¼ cup almond
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Combine all wet ingredients separately to a homogenous liquid.
Step 3/5
Fold the wet into the dry ingredients until everything is evenly coated and sticky.
Step 4/5
Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Take it out and stir around, bake for another 11 minutes.

Let it cool in a container with the lid off, before storing in an airtight container.
