- 30 g cilantro
- 2 chili

Finely chop scallions and coriander. Cut chili into fine rings.

- 500 g butter (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp Kitchen Stories Curry Power seasoning

In a bowl, mix soft butter with scallion, coriander, chili and our CURRY POWER seasoning. Season with salt to taste and roll in plastic wrap, store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with bread, grilled meat or corn.
