"This is a super easy breakfast recipe! I didn’t add any sugar because I find the banana gives enough sweetness for my liking, however with the addition of Skyr in the batter please note that the taste will be slightly tangy so if this will not work for you, feel free to add your favorite sweetener accordingly (or just add some honey on top before serving them)! gluten-free rolled oat
2 tbsp
gluten free oat flour
  • Step 1/4

    • 2 banana
    • 2 egg

    In a bowl, mash the banana. Add one egg and mix well.

  • Step 2/4

    • 2 tbsp Skyr
    • 2 tbsp gluten-free rolled oat
    • 2 tbsp gluten free oat flour

    Add one tbsp of plain Skyr, oatmeal and oat flour.

  • Step 3/4

    Cook the pancakes on medium heat (lightly grease your pan) for a few minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown.

  • Step 4/4

    Add your favorite toppings: for a healthier version add some berries, or if you want a treat - add some freshly whipped cream and some dulce de leche.

  • Enjoy your meal!
