Preheat the oven to 200°C

Grease 12 muffin cups.

- ⅓ eggs
- ⅛ cup Brown sugar
- ⅛ cup Vegetable oil
- ⅛ cup Milk
Whisk eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk together in a bowl until smooth.

- ⅛ cup All-purpose flour
- ⅛ tsp Baking powder
- ⅛ pinch Salt
- ⅛ cup Instant oatmeal
- ⅛ tsp Baking soda
Stir flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into wet ingredients to form a batter. Fill the prepared muffin cups with batter.

Bake in a preheated oven until the tops are golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
