Ingredients
Utensils
2 tart pans, 2 bowls (large), 2 rubber spatulas, whisk, microwave, microwave-safe bowl
Step 1/8
- tart pan
Preheat oven to 175C/350F. Spray a 22 x 33 cm/9” x 13” pan with oil (I used coconut oil) and set aside.
Step 2/8
- ½ Very ripe bananas
- ⅓ eggs
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tbsp Milk (any milk of your choice)
- ⅛ tsp butter
- ⅛ tsp coconut oil
- ⅛ tsp honey
- bowl (large)
- rubber spatula
In a big bowl, mix the bananas, eggs, vanilla extract and milk together. Then, add butter, coconut oil and honey and mix again.
Step 3/8
- 7½ g coconut flour
- 15⅞ g almond flour
- 11⅔ g unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp almond flour
- bowl (large)
- whisk
In another big bowl, mix together coconut flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Step 4/8
- 8⅓ g chocolate chips
- rubber spatula
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until everything is fully combined. Then, add chocolate chips and mix again.
Step 5/8
- tart pan
Spread the batter evenly to the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. *if you put a toothpick in and it comes out clean, it’s ready*
Step 6/8
Once it’s baked, leave it out of the oven and allow it to cool for 20 minutes (or more if you can handle your cravings🐽)
Step 7/8
- ⅛ tbsp coconut oil
- 5 g chocolate chips
- microwave
- microwave-safe bowl
For the chocolate drizzle: Add chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 sec. Then mix together and slowly drizzle over the brownies.
Step 8/8
- ⅛ bag mixed berries
On top of the drizzle, you can evenly spread mixed berries. They add a great taste, combined with chocolate and bananas.
Enjoy your meal!
