Green Sauce For Tacos

Step 1/4

• 7 tomatillos
• 5 Serrano pepper
• ½ onion
• 6 tbsp cilantro

Clean and disinfect coriander leaves, chop tomatoes, onion in 2 or 4 parts to facilitate the step in blender.

Step 2/4

• 125 ml water
• 1 tsp salt

Transfer all to a blender, add 1/2 cup of water and salt.

Step 3/4

Blend a few seconds until the ingredients are mixed but not quite, only 10 seconds.
