Grandma's Banana Cake

- ¼ egg
- ⅛ cup sugar
- ⅜ tbsp unsalted butter
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 bowl

In a bowl add egg, sugar, salt and butter. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.

- ⅜ cups all-pupose flour
- ¼ cup active dry yeast
- 2 g active dry yeast
Then add the flour, milk, active dry yeast and mix all ingredients until smooth.

- ¾ sliced cavendish banana
- 1 baking sheet (small)
Place the dough on a greased baking sheet with butter and sugar. Put over the dough the sliced cavendish banana and let rise for 30 minutes.

- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ⅝ tbsp unsalted butter
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- 1 bowl (small)
- 1 fork (optional)
To make the farofa, add in a bowl the suggar, flour, unsalted butter and cinnamon. Mix with a fork until makes a farofa.
Step 5/5
Spread the farofa over the bananas and let rise for 30 minutes again. Then take it to the preheated oven at 200°C/ 392°F for approx. 40 minutes.
