Gold Standard Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 whisks, 2 rubber spatulas, oven, baking sheet, parchment paper

- ⅛ lb unsalted butter (melted)
- ⅛ cup light brown sugar
- ⅛ cup sugar

Combine butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar in mixing bowl

- ⅛ egg (room temperature)
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- whisk
Add the egg and vanilla into bowl and stir until combined

- ⅛ cups flour
- ⅛ tbsp milk powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- rubber spatula
Mix in the dry ingredients
Step 4/9
- 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- rubber spatula
Fold in the chocolate chips
Step 5/9
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour
Step 6/9

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

Remove dough from refrigerator and scoop 2-tbs sized bowls into a baking sheet with parchment paper

Bake in the oven for 11-12 minutes

Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes
