"One day I was thinking of new recipe’s to make, and I thought of this one. It is great for a party, cookie swap or just eating with some milk. It has a little minty taste but also a little salty. I hope you like this recipe."

Gluten free all purpose flour (King Arthur is great)
⅛ cup
butter (soft)⅛ cup
sugar
⅛ cup
brown sugar
⅛
egg⅛ tsp
vanilla extract⅛ tsp
peppermint extract
⅛ cup
Dark chocolate chips
⅛ tsp
baking soda
⅛ tsp
salt
Utensils
oven, Mixing bowl, whisk, hand mixer with beaters
Step 1/7

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Step 2/7
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cups Gluten free all purpose flour (King Arthur is great)
- Mixing bowl

Mix baking powder, salt and flour in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Step 3/7
- ⅛ cup butter (soft)
- ⅛ cup sugar
- ⅛ cup brown sugar
- hand mixer with beaters
Beat butter and sugars.
Step 4/7
- ⅛ egg
- ⅛ tsp peppermint extract
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
Add in vanilla extract, egg and peppermint extract.
Step 5/7
Slowly mix in flour mixture and chocolate chips.
Step 6/7
Put on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Let cool for it least 15 minutes.
