Gigi's Cheese Pizza

Step 1/8

• 1 cup Lukewarm water
• 1 package Rapid rise yeast
• 1 tsp sugar

• Small bowl
• Spoon

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water

Step 2/8

• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp Crisco oil

• Spoon

Add salt and crisco oil

Step 3/8

• 3 cups flour

• Hands

Knead dough in between adding cups of flour

Step 4/8

Put PAM spray on a cookie sheet and place dough on cookie sheet

Step 5/8

Spread the dough evenly across the cookie sheet

Step 6/8

• 16 fl oz Hunts tomato sauce
• Shredded sharp white cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel)

• Large spoon

Spread sauce and add cheese.

Step 7/8

Bake at 400 F for 15-20 mins
