Heat oil in a small pot over medium heat until dry ingredients sizzle when sprinkled in

Slowly whisk dry ingredients into oil until all dry ingredients are absorbed.

Whisk in tomato paste

- 4 cups vegetable broth

Slowly whisk in vegetable broth until no lumps remain. Continue to whisk until thickened, adjusting heat to maintain a light simmer

- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Once sauce has thickened, mix in apple cider vinegar. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes
