spring onion

cayenne pepper powder

Step 1/4
- 2⅔ eggs (large)
Hard boil the eggs by placing them in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Step 2/4
- ⅔ spring onion
- knife
While the eggs are boiling, start finely chopping the spring onions.
Step 3/4
Remove the eggs from the heat and wait for them to cool. Then peel them.
Step 4/4
- 2⅔ tbsp mayonnaise
- ⅓ tsp mustard
- ⅔ tsp cayenne pepper powder
- ⅔ dashes salt
- ⅔ dashes black pepper
Chop the eggs into chuncks and mix together the eggs and remaing ingredients into a bowl and store in the fridge.
