- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ cup Red Peppers
- ½ cup onion
- 1 Eggs
- 2 tbsp mustard
- ⅛ cup parsley
- 3 tbsp Rice crumbs
First you mix all the ingredients together, preferably with your hands. Then you add spices as you’d like.
Step 2/3
After the ingredients are mixed well, you shape bits of the turkey mix into patties. Then put them on the grill, or fry them on a pan. You cook the patties for about 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

Then enjoy the patties!
