"I really wanted to try to make some carrot cake like the carrot piece cakes that they sell at some cafes. I tried to make it at home, but making the cake required oven, which I don't have at my house, and the cakes were too big for me to make. So I decided to create a simple carrot mug cake that you can make and enjoy at anytime!"

    Put flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, oil, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract in to the mug and mix together with a fork.

    For the frosting, put cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, and the remaining vanilla extract in a bowl and beat it with a hand mixer. Then slowly add powdered sugar, about 1/3 at a time and beat it until smooth.
