"For the Chinese stir-fry “葱爆牛肉 (Cong Bao Niu Rou)” lovers, treat yourself to a simplified version with this recipe. You’ll be using white onions instead of shallots and get that perfect sweet kick in this easy, pantry-ingredient only dinner. In many Chinese wok dishes, beef is marinated with oil and soy sauce to keep the meat tender and juicy, so you can trust this recipe to deliver just that. Sprinkle fresh cilantro, mint, or fresh ginger on top if you like and treat yourself to a new classic."
