Easy chocolate cupcakes with white chocolate decoration

- 115 g unsalted butter room temperature
- 115 g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- whisk
Whisk together the flour, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder and butter in a bowl. Add the milk and wisk until smooth but still a little stiff.
Step 2/4
- Spoons and tray
Put the batter in cases with the oven set at 180 degrees fan assisted. When the oven is ready put the cakes in for 20 minutes
Step 3/4
- 250 g butter
- 125 g Icing sugar
- 125 g Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- Whisk and bowl
When they have been taken out the oven let them call down on the tray while you make the butter cream by whisking everything together in a bowl.
Step 4/4
- Cooking white chocolate (melt)
When you have made the buttercream and the cakes have called down melt the chocolate and pipe it into swirls or whatever other shapes you want on top. let the chocolate dry and then pipe on the butter cream and stick the decorations in the cake
