Earl grey cocktail

Step 1/2

• 300 ml hot water
• 1 black tea bag

Add hot water to a mug, add teabag, and allow to steep for approx. 5 min. Transfer to refrigerator to cool for approx. 10 min.

Step 2/2

• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1½ cl grenadine
• 5 cl gin
• 3 cl black tea
• ice for serving
• orange peel for garnish

• jigger
• shaker

Fill shaker with ice and add lemon juice, grenadine, and gin. Give it a good shake and add to a glass filled with ice. Top with chilled tea and garnish with orange peel. Enjoy!
