Dirty Chai Cookies

Step 1/6

• ⅓ cup butter
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup chai concentrate

Make wet mixture

Step 2/6

• 1⅛ cups flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp instant coffee powder

Make dry mixture

Step 3/6

Combine wet and dry

Step 4/6

Put individual cookies on parchment paper with small indent in middle for frosting

Step 5/6

Bake for 12-15 mins on 400F

Step 6/6

Let cool and add frosting
