pollcok fillets
1 tbsp

lemon juice
2 pinches
sea salt

- 350 g pollcok fillets
Place Pollock fillets on baking rack
Step 2/4
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 2 pinches cayenne pepper
Add all the ingredients starting with olive oil followed by lemon juice salt and cayenne pepper
Step 3/4
Bake for 10-12 minutes in approx. 200°
Step 4/4
Serve with baked potatoes or another side dish of your choice. Enjoy this delicious and light meal!
