Dairy-Free Brownies

Preheat oven to 180C

Grease square baking pan

- 9⅜ g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 12½ g self-raising flour
- 34⅜ g dairy-free spread/butter
- 46⅞ g caster sugar
- ½ large eggs
- ⅛ pinch salt
- ⅛ pinch instant coffee powder
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl
Step 4/7
- 25 g dairy-free dark chocolate chips
Stir in chocolate chips, leaving a few to add to the top of the brownies

Transfer batter into baking pan and smooth evenly. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on the top.

Bake at 180C for 35-45 min until set

Cool in the pan for 15-30 min before cutting and serving.
