dairy-free dark chocolate chips

instant coffee powder

Utensils

2 ovens, baking pan, bowl, cooking spoon, knife

    Preheat oven to 180C

  • Step 2/7

    Grease square baking pan

  • Step 3/7

    • 9⅜ g unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 12½ g self-raising flour
    • 34⅜ g dairy-free spread/butter
    • 46⅞ g caster sugar
    • ½ large eggs
    • pinch salt
    • pinch instant coffee powder
    • tsp vanilla extract
    • bowl
    • cooking spoon

    Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl

  • Step 4/7

    • 25 g dairy-free dark chocolate chips

    Stir in chocolate chips, leaving a few to add to the top of the brownies

  • Step 5/7

    Transfer batter into baking pan and smooth evenly. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on the top.

    Bake at 180C for 35-45 min until set

    Cool in the pan for 15-30 min before cutting and serving.
