"Pesto is a perfect way to use up old herbs. I've put a twist on the usual by using coriander, but you can mix this up with whichever herbs you have, and any other additions such as pine nuts or other spices."

- 1 dash salt

- 1 tsp tahini
- blender
Blitz the ingredients together and taste. Season with more salt if needed.
