Chopped chicken cutlets

- 1⅓ chicken breasts

Chop the chicken breasts into very small cubes and put in in a bowl
Step 2/3
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ⅔ tbsp flour
- ⅔ egg
- fork
Crack an egg into the bowl with chicken. Add salt, pepper. Stir all together. Add sour cream, stir it once again. Add flour and stir for the last time.

Chicken is ready to be fried. Prehit a pan with oil, then use a table spoon to put chopped chicken in a pan. Fry on both sides. Hint 1: use a spatula and a fork to pick up cutlets from a pan. Hint 2: If cutlets crumble after being fried, next time add more eggs(e.g. 1,5. Not handy, but still it'll help)
