Chocolate covered, peanut butter-stuffed dates

heatproof bowl, pot, rubber spatula
Step 1/3
- 2 soft dried and pitted dates
- 2 tsp creamy peanut butter
Add peanut butter to the middle of the date and squish gently to close. Put in the fridge.
Step 2/3
- 12½ g chocolate
- heatproof bowl
- pot
- rubber spatula
Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of water, or in the microwave.
Step 3/3
- flaky sea salt
Take the dates out of the fridge and cover with melted chocolate. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired, transfer back to the fridge and let set for approx. 15 min. Store in the fridge and serve as a treat!
