Chinese noodles
Ingredients

- sesame oil
Boil noodles, when it’s boiled ad some sesame oil. Cut chicken breast in small peaces, add some soya sauce on it. Cut onions, red pepper and carrot in sticks. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms.
Step 2/2
- 200 g egg noodles
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 carrot
- 80 g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- soy sauce
- white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Heat oil in Wok pan and add onions, fry on high heat 1 min , then add carrots and red pepper fry for 2 min. After add mushrooms and tomatoes, stir and fry for 1 min. Make heat little less and add chicken, cook for 2-3min, then add egg noodles on top vinegar, brown sugar and soya sauce. Stir and fry for 3 min.
