Ingredients
Step 1/6
Mix sugar, a tbsp of fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, tbsp of olive oil, chopped chili, juice from a half a lime and chopped coriander in a bowl

Season pork and beef mince, mix together
Step 3/6
Chop garlic and ginger
Step 4/6
Pour tbsp of olive oil in pan. Brown mince in a extremly hot pan for 2-3 min. Dry it. In the same pan fry garlic and ginger, put mince back. Add chopped broccoli, tbsp of fish sauce and chopped spring onions. Pour with a juice of half a lime
Step 5/6
Fill a whole red cabagge leaf with 2 tbsp of mince. Baste it with a tbsp of sauce.
Step 6/6
Top with lemon zest
