- 3 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp red chilli flakes
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 4 green chilis
Cut onions, tomatoes,green chilli in thin pieces and mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2/6
Heat iron tava on low flame and grease with 1 TSP desi ghee.
Step 3/6
fill the mixture on bread.
Step 4/6
join 2 bread slices and apply desi ghee on top and bottom.
Step 5/6
Toast the bread from both sides carefully.
Step 6/6
Cut into triangle shape for serving.
