chili powder
white pepper
2 tsp
Turmeric powder
1 tsp
sweet paprika powder
½ tsp
Coriander powder
½ tsp
Ginger powder
Step 1/2
- 3 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- white pepper
- 2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Ginger powder
Cut chicken breast in medium cubes. But mayonnaise and all spices. Mix up and keep it in chiller at least for 30 min , the best it’s to keep it over night .

Pre heat oven to 200 temperature. Put chicken on wooden sticks and cook it for 25 - 30 min, every 10 min turn another side.
