- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Add 3 tablespoons of chiaseed in a jar or cup.
Step 2/5
- 200 ml milk
Add the milk and stir.
Step 3/5
- 1 banana
Mash up the banana and add into the mixture and stir again.
Step 4/5
Put a top on the jar or cup and leave in the refrigator overnight or a couple of hours.
Step 5/5
- 5 strawberries
Cut up the fresh strawberries and add as topping
