Cauliflower curry
Ingredients
Step 1/4
- ½ canned crushed tomato
- ½ onion
- ½ tbsp Ginger paste
- ½ tsp garlic paste
- salt
- white pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground coriander
In deep pan with oil add onions and fry till brown. After add garlic and ginger paste, fry 1 min. After add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, white pepper, coriander powder and fry for 1 min. After add canned tomatoes and fry till oil separate and off the heat.
Step 2/4
- ½ cauliflower
Cut cauliflower in florets. Add in another pan with oil and fry it.
Step 3/4
- 1 chicken breasts
Remove cauliflower from pan and put some more oil, cut chicken breast in chunks, add in pan and fry.
Step 4/4
- 200 ml Single cream
In deep pan where is fried onions and tomatoes add fried cauliflower and chicken, put all single cream. Well mix everything in the pan, cook on low heat for 20 min, (10 min closed pan, 10 min open pan).
