Pulse tomatoes in a food processor until roughly broken up.

Cut bread to desired size. Toast bread in grill pan over medium-high heat.

- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

- cutting board

Halve garlic and rub into the slices of freshly toasted bread. Spoon tomato over the top, drizzle with olive oil, and season with flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
