Step 1/4
- 1 carrot
- 1 banana
- 15 raspberries
Cut the carrot and banana in slices
Step 2/4
- 250 ml soy milk
Put the slices and the raspberries in a powerful blender and add a cup of soy milk (250 ml).
Step 3/4
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 ice cubes
Add one scoop (30 mg) of whey vanilla protein and a handful ice cubes
Step 4/4
Mix until smooth and serve into a high glass
