Step 1/10
Take the grated carrots in a mixer jar,add water and 2 tbsp honey. Grind it to a smooth paste.

In a bowl take all purpose flour, baking powder,baking soda and sieve the mixture 2 times and keep it aside.

In a bowl, add butter,vegetable oil and whisk for sometime. Then add the powdered sugar and remaining honey and whisk till it becomes fluffy.

Add the sieved flour mixture, a pinch of salt and the carrot paste and mix in folds. Add milk as required till we get a dropping consistency batter.

Add the chopped cashew nuts,almonds and cardamom powder. mix well

Lastly add the fruit salt and mix well.The batter will become nice and fluffy.

Pour the batter in an aluminium tin coated with butter paper. Smear little oil and dust the tin with all purpose flour.Tap it twice to ensure removal of trapped air.

Take a pressure cooker,add 1 cup salt and keep a stand in it. Cover and let it preheat for 2 mins.Now put the tin inside it ,close the lid and let it bake for 45 mins.Don't forget to remove the whistle.

After 45 mins, carefully remove the lid and check if the cake is ready with a toothpick.If it comes out clean then your yummy cake is ready.Take it out,let it cool
