- ½ carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
brown vegetables with some olive oil
Step 2/5
- 250 g tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
Add tomato sauce, salt and curry. Cook over low heat for 30 minute

- 300 g bulgur
Boil bulgur in water with some salt for 15 minutes
Step 4/5
- 250 g canned chickpeas
- 250 g canned kidney beans
Add beans and chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes
