Ingredients

flour
200 g
milk

egg yolk
1 package
active dry yeast
100 g
butter
70 g
sugar
1 package
vanilla sugar

salt

    • 200 g milk
    • 1 package active dry yeast

    Mix and let it sit

  • Step 2/5

    • 100 g butter

    Melt the butter

  • Step 3/5

    • 500 g flour
    • 1 active dry yeast
    • 70 g sugar
    • 1 package vanilla sugar
    • 1 pinch salt

    Mix the ingredients

  • Step 4/5

    Mix all ingredients and kneed for 10 minutes

  • Step 5/5

    Divide in equal pieces and form to your desire. Let it rise for at least another 30 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
