Breakfast Nut Muffins
Ingredients
Step 1/5
Preheat the oven to 350F (190C) and line a muffin tray.

- 1 cup walnut
- 2 flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Set the bowl aside. Chop the walnuts and set aside.

- 3 bananas
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- ¼ cup oat milk
Mash the bananas. Add melted butter, oat milk and sugar. Whisk vigorously.

Gently combine dry and weg ingredients using folding motions. Add chopped walnuts and fold in until just distributed evenly.
Step 5/5
Fill your muffin cups with the batter and bake for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
