"These biscuits are so easy and fast to make. Of course you can add nuts and seeds if you want or leave away the raisins. The only three ingredients that have to be there are baking powder, the banana and the oats. This recipe is for 9 tiny pieces, it’s enough for two to three persons. Depenses on how hungry you are 😜."

raisins
½ tsp
baking powder

    • 1 banana
    • 4 tbsp oats
    • 2 tbsp raisins
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • bowl

    Mash the banana and toss it together with the raisins, the oats and the cinnamon in a bowl. Meanwhile preheat the oven onto 250 degrees.

    Form the dough with a tablespoon into little balls and place them on some baking paper on a baking sheet. Put them into the oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. They may be a bit soft when you take them out, but of course already resistent. Eat them directly or let them cook down.
