Blackberry Oat Pancakes

Step 1/6
- 100 g rolled oats
- 100 g self raising flour
- 3 egg whites
- bowl
- whisk
- weighing scale
Mix oats, flour and egg whites.
Step 2/6
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 50 g brown sugar
Add baking powder,sugar and cinnamon
Step 3/6
- 150 ml milk
Slowly add the milk little by little, whisking well between additions.
Step 4/6
- 100 g blackberries
Mix in the blackberries, stir and set aside.
Step 5/6
- 1 scoop butter (for greasing)
Butter up a pan at medium heat and add the batter in small quantities, creating pancakes of a diameter 10cm.
Step 6/6
Cook until spongy in the centre and golden brown on both sides.
