Best fluffy vegan pancakes
Ingredients
Step 1/4
- 30 g flour
- ⅔ tbsp sugar
- ⅛ pinch salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix well!
Step 2/4
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ tbsp vegetable oil
- 40 ml almond milk
Make a well in the center then add the wet ingredients. Mix just until combined. Add more flour or milk if needed
Step 3/4
In a non-stick pan,pour some of the batter decorate with chocolate chips or blueberries(optional) then wait until bubbles start forming on the top of the pancake
Step 4/4
Wait about 15 seconds then flip the pancake. Cook for 5-10 seconds on the other side.
