- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 g ginger

Chop garlic and ginger in food processor

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

- 400 g sliced beef
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 60 ml water
- 2 pinch salt
- 2 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- spatula
Add sliced beef for 3 minutes or until the color changed to brown. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, pepper, salt and sugar. Mix for 1 minutes. Add water.

- 1 bulb yellow onion
Add onion. Mix well for 5 minutes.

- 2 pinch white sesame seed
- bowl
Sprinkle with sesame seed. Best serve with warm rice. Enjoy!
