- 4 bananas
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Mash up the bananas, and then add melted peanut butter, eggs, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix until we’ll combined.
Step 2/2
Dollop some amounts of the batter onto a hot frying and cook for about 3-4 minutes. This recipe should make 4 American style pancakes. It’s important to cook them slow and carefully, as otherwise the pancakes might flatten.
